1. What data do we process when you visit this website?

When you visit this website, there are created protocol files containing the following information:

The protocol files are stored for 14 days and therefore it is possible to obtain information about the potential perpetrators in the event of hacker attacks.

2. What data do we process when you visit the recruitment section?

When you open the "You" section, there are cookies created for technical reasons. Cookies are small bits of information in the form of text strings which our web server sends to your terminal device and are then stored on a web browser installed there. They make it possible to store information for a specified period of time and to identify the end user's device. Cookies will not cause any damage to your terminal device, nor will they contain viruses, Trojans or other malicious software. To handle your visits to the website only so-called session cookies are used, which are deleted automatically when you close your browser. This means that no data will be stored on permanently your terminal device. You can change your browser's settings so that you will receive information when cookies are placed on your browser, thanks to which your use of cookies becomes more transparent.

3. What data do we process as part of your recruitment process?

Your application documents are processed solely for the purpose of selecting candidates and employing them. The documents are processed on the basis of Article 22 of the Labour Code.

As soon as your application documents are saved on our recruitment portal, you will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail. Next, we will verify the application documents and contact you.

4. How long do we store your data?

If the recruitment process is successful, your data will be included in your personal file. If the recruitment process is unsuccessful, your data will be kept for 12 months after notifying you of the negative result of your application. After this time your data will be deleted. If you resign from the recruitment process, your data will be deleted within 24 hours from receiving a statement of resignation from the recruitment process. Any application documents saved in the draft copies that were not sent will be deleted after 7 days.

5. Your rights with respect to the processing of personal data.

You have the right to obtain information about your personal data, to request access to its content, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer the data. n addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Office. The provision of personal data is voluntary. If your consent is the basis for the data processing, you can revoke it at any time. As a consequence of not providing the data or withdrawing your consent, you will not be able to take part in the recruitment process.
